If a product is not displayed on the site:

NOS = New Old Stock. Original VW part from former production. Not a reproduction. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find such parts and at some point, there are no more.

Reproduction from Original Manufacturer. Parts reproduced today by suppliers of the time.

Reproduction. For the most part these reproductions meet our requirements. In some cases, however, the market does not offer an alternative.

Repair panels. Sheet metal parts specially selected for their quality.

The square pictograms can be used to filter by manufacturer/supplier.

The photos give a first indication, even if they are not contractually binding. We endeavour to keep them up to date and to specify the scope of the item in the article description. Despite all care taken in the preparation of our article descriptions, this information only has the character of approximate data and is therefore non-binding. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service BEFORE ordering.

To ensure a continuous minimum stock, our deliveries for one and the same item number come from different suppliers. The brands can therefore vary from one delivery to the next without affecting the function of the item. For this reason, we only communicate brands that are exclusive to a particular brand.

This information is usually included either in the item designation or in the article description under the photo. If this is not the case, the measurements are standard. If in doubt, please contact customer service.

SERIAL-Kombi specialises in the online sale of spare parts. We are not a workshop. However, for certain parts (bodywork, engine overhaul, roofs, etc.) we can provide you with the contacts of specialised companies. Please contact our customer service to obtain these contact details.
Also, our technical advisors come from a wide variety of backgrounds and are not all mechanics by profession. Despite their extensive knowledge, none of their advice can replace the opinion of a professional, especially if they do not have your vehicle in front of them.

If available, the instructions are included in the package. For some items, a PDF file is available for download. If one is available, it can be found at the bottom of the article page.

The stock is displayed in real time from 0 to 20. If the stock is above 20, FULL is displayed. A stock level of zero means that the item is not physically in our warehouse. The time until we hope to dispatch the item is shown in the blue strip below the display: Shipped in X days

A stock level of zero indicates that the item is not physically available in our warehouse. However, it is on order. The time until the presumed possible dispatch is communicated on the item page. However, you can still place and pay for the order. This ensures that the item is reserved for you before it arrives.
According to our terms and conditions, the items are allocated to the customer who paid first. The stated delivery times are theoretical and subject to the uncertainties of our suppliers and the market.
As a reminder, orders are not shipped until they are complete.

The items we offer almost all have CE approval. Legislation varies from country to country. It is your responsibility to enquire about and implement the applicable laws and regulations. If we know of a particular restriction, we point it out in the product description. We also try as far as possible to indicate the TÜV certifications for Germany.
