We offer multiple shipping options! Depending on the weight, volume, or length of certain items, a wide range of carriers and services allows us to meet all your needs.
Our transport and delivery partners: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, Dachser, Geodis/Calberson, and FedEx. Colissimo France delivery is free for purchases over 99 euros for individuals and 99€ excluding VAT for professionals (Colissimo France metropolitan delivery only).

You are always informed of the date when we can ship the item, which means the moment it leaves our premises. A variable delivery time must then be observed, depending on your location, the chosen carrier, the type of package, etc.
This time frame varies from 1 day for a small package shipped within mainland France to several months if you live on an island on the other side of the world...
The term "shipped within" indicates the date on which the item will leave our premises. It does not provide any indication of the delivery time since this varies depending on the carrier, the type of package, and especially the destination. Additionally, notable differences in processing times (payment verification, validation in our logistics system, picking, packaging, and labeling) can be observed depending on whether you place your order at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m.
Finally, for your order to be shipped, it must be paid for and complete (no backorders). If you choose to pay by bank check, for example, the item will never be shipped the day after you place your order.
The shipping confirmation is generated automatically, usually at the end of the day. An automatic email will be sent to you containing your tracking number.
Attached to the email, you will also find the invoice and the delivery note listing the shipped and invoiced items as well as any backorders.
The tracking number is sent automatically with the shipping confirmation, along with a link to the relevant carrier. However, there can be a delay of up to 24 hours for this link to become active.
According to our general terms and conditions of sale, orders are shipped when they are complete, meaning when all the ordered items are available. If your order includes both available and unavailable items, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Our carriers vary depending on the items in your order, the dimensions of your package, and its weight. The shipping confirmation email will indicate the carrier selected by our logistics team.
Our premises in Le Versoud offer Click and Collect, allowing you to pick up your order in-store. This is a Drive service only. The order must have been placed on the SERIAL-Kombi website beforehand.
A minimum of 3 business hours is required between placing the order and picking it up at the Drive. Therefore, we recommend waiting for the automatic email confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
This delivery option is not currently available.
If you are not at home during the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice informing you of a delivery attempt on the next business day. Some carriers prefer to notify you of their delivery attempts by email or SMS. Most often, they will also offer you alternative solutions.
If your order has not yet been confirmed, you can change your delivery address during the ordering process to choose an address other than your usual one.
If your order has already been confirmed, please contact customer service as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop an ongoing processing procedure. It will depend on the stage of the order processing.
Professional customers benefit from the same delivery services as individuals. The only difference is that delivery via specialized carriers (Dachser / Geodis) is not subject to an appointment, as it is carried out at the business on working days.
Express delivery by Chronopost is understood to be on business days, not calendar days. Fast deliveries are therefore guaranteed for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 2:00 PM.
If you fall outside this scenario, please have your tracking number ready and contact Chronopost promptly to make a claim. To enable us to follow up on this matter, please send a copy of your claim to customer service.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated by our computer system, based on the dimensions and volume of the package, the delivery address, and the type of carrier. These fields cannot be manually modified, so discounts are not possible.
Shipping is free all year round for orders over 99 euros including VAT for individuals and 99€ excluding VAT for professionals for a Colissimo delivery within mainland France, which corresponds to a non-bulky package of less than 10 kilos within the national territory.
We also offer occasional promotions with free or reduced shipping costs, which vary from year to year.
