- Application If, for any reason, the Individual Customer wishes to return all or part of the order, they may exercise their right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- To Professional Customers,
- If the sale took place at the Company's counter,
- To goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized,
- To newspapers, magazines, or any literary work.
- Procedure The Customer must inform the Company of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt (the dated and signed transport slip serving as proof) by sending an email to info(at)serial-kombi.com. Without this notification, the Company reserves the right to accept or refuse the withdrawal for lack of information.
The products must be in their original packaging, in new condition, and not have been installed.
After notification, the customer has 14 days to return the products. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The initial delivery costs are refunded only if all the items in an order are returned.
The Customer must use the return form. This document must be printed, duly completed, and attached to the items the Customer wishes to return. Otherwise, SERIAL-Kombi will not proceed with any exchange or refund of the concerned products.
Upon receipt of the materials, SERIAL-Kombi commits to issuing a refund of the amount paid by the Customer. The initial delivery costs will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
SERIAL-Kombi reserves the right to withhold fees (a variable percentage depending on the context) or refuse the return for any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or with deteriorated packaging. In the event of a refusal, the goods will be held at the Customer's disposal for a period of 3 months; after this period, they will be destroyed.
The Customer can choose between two refund methods:
- In the form of a credit (Voucher) on the Customer's account, valid for one year, usable directly on the SERIAL-Kombi website without any handling fees.
- By refund of the amount of the returned parts according to the payment method used for the order. If the payment was made partially or completely with a Voucher, the refund will be made by issuing a new Voucher.
Moreover, body parts to be painted will not be returned or exchanged if they have been painted and/or primed. Similarly, SERIAL-Kombi does not accept any return for electrical parts and/or assemblies composed of electrical components.
Note: Some catalog products marked "not returnable or exchangeable" or "special order" cannot be exchanged or refunded (custom manufacturing, books, magazines, electrical parts).
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal allows the Customer to assess the characteristics and proper functioning of the ordered items. Under no circumstances does it allow the Customer to return a used part. Oils and all products packaged in a secure container cannot be returned once opened.
