Why do I have to pay a deposit for this item?
For some returnable products, a deposit is required at the time of purchase. This will be refunded when the old product you are replacing is returned, depending on the specific requirements (condition, assembly, etc). Please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services for further details.

The amount paid does not correspond to the amount of my invoice. Why?
The amount shown on your invoice corresponds to the value of the parts shipped and invoiced. If this amount differs from the sum paid, it is very likely that you have a backlog of parts awaiting restocking. You can check this directly on the delivery note attached to the dispatch email, in the "backorder" column.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment in instalments is not permitted.
However, Paypal offers this option for amounts of between €30 and €2,000 (for eligible accounts only, see Paypal for details).
I live outside mainland France. How much VAT will I pay?
The VAT applied will be the standard VAT for the country of delivery, whether you live there or not. For example, if your order is delivered in France, the rate will be 20%, 19% for Germany, 25% for Croatia, 18% for Malta, etc.
I live outside the European Union. Are customs duties included?
Customs duties are not included in our prices.
Any shipment outside the European Union generates additional and variable taxes and customs charges, payable by the customer to the carrier on receipt of the parcel. These charges are linked to the regulations of the country of delivery.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice history can be found in your user account, in the left-hand sidebar, under "My orders".
The paper invoice will be physically attached to your parcel.
