Full width rock and roll bed, made from 20x20x2.5mm box section, with all the brackets/hinges CNC laser cut. This bed sits level with the rear engine shelf and makes up a 6-foot (183cm) bed when out in bed position. The frame is fully powder coated black and comes with all fixings needed to assemble it, it also comes with 9mm ply boards ready for trimming. Operates easy from seat to bed mode in just a few seconds.

– Fits to rear wheel arch on one side and to the bulkhead the other side

BE AWARE:
This Rock N’ Roll bed is meant to be installed in combination with the storage compartment that
was originally delivered with some camping interiors and being between 10cm and 13cm high.
For clarification: The bed will not work without the box!
The bench when put in bed position sits about 10cm higher than the engine compartment due to construction reasons.
This means you need something that is 10cm high in order to get a levelled out sleeping surface.
Apart from that an additional stopper/stop out is needed in bed mode so the backrest can stay level.
If you have the storage compartment in place you can easily add this stopper for the backrest by using a 50mm piece of
wood screwed to the back of the storage compartment.
NB: The bracket to be fixed to the body or wheel arch is pre-bent to suit the majority of uses, it might be necessary to adapt the angle according to the fixing point.
