Dirko® HT is an elastic, cold vulcanizing sealing compound based on silicone rubber. It has excellent adhesion characteristics on metallic and non-metallic materials.
Dirko® HT is used for the sealing of surfaces, cracks and fissures, of parts subject to deformations and movements during operation, for example in engines, gearboxes, machines, pumps, ships, mechanical parts and boilers, in drying, air conditioning and refrigeration plants and for DIY works.
Dirko® HT cannot be painted.
Characteristics:
Heat resistance after curing from -60 °C to +315 °C
Resistance to ozone, uv, extreme weathering, as well as to the action of cold and hot water, salt water, mineral fats and oils (also with additives), aliphatic hydrocarbons and detergents, as well as to low concentration of acids and lyes and many chemicals. For antifreeze mixtures use preferably Dirko® Transparent.
