This bench is not suitable for vehicles with Climatronic/Climatic equipped with a 2nd evaporator on the D-pillar
The evaporator takes up too much room, the bench will not fit.
Rock and roll bed, full width (1470 mm) for VW T5 / T6, delivered with gas struts and three seat belts with rollers. The bed is built with tubes measuring 20x20x2.5 mm, 50x25x2.5 mm and 25x25x2.5 mm. All the hinges are laser cut. The bed is installed over the rear wheel wells and is fixed to the ground with high resistant bolts over spacing plates.
Deploying of the bed is done by very resistant ball bearing rails, easing the operation. The front supports are studied to avoid scratching the ground when pulling the sofa to make it a bed. The bench is locked in position thanks to two hooks with resistant springs. It blocks over rubber pads, to avoid any rattling while driving.
The structure is painted in epoxy and studied so that the foam is linked to the structure, so that nothing moves in case of an emergency stop.

Entirely coat powdered with black epoxy.
Designed for 75 mm thick mattresses.
