The aluminium trim on the bottom of the tailgate of some models such as the T5 HighLine may interfere with the fitting of the hook and require a slight modification
The AirLock hook engages into the lock and allows you to leave the tailgate slightly open to let air enter the vehicle, but locked, to sleep peacefully and safely.
Normally the rear space is not ventilated through the windows, so the air and heat stagnate.
Problem solved with the AirLock hook: the tailgate remains open about 10 cm to allow air to circulate.
The tailgate can still be locked, so it cannot be opened from the outside.
