Serial-Kombi reserves the right to modify its GTU at any time, to develop its services or to comply with any new applicable regulations. The applicable GTU will be those in force on the date of connection to the User's Site or when registering for the Services offered by Serial-Kombi.

Discount codes
Serial-Kombi may offer promotional codes at any time as part of a promotion. They have an expiry date, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, transferred or exchanged, and cannot be purchased from Serial-Kombi.
Promotional codes are valid only during the period indicated and can be used only once for a single order. A minimum and/or maximum purchase amount may be specified for each discount voucher.
To use a promotional code, the User must log in to their Serial-Kombi customer account and enter their promotional code when confirming the shopping basket. Promotional codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, only the Customer who receives the promotional code will be able to use it.

All disputes relating to the formation and/or execution and/or interpretation and/or termination of contractual obligations that may arise between the parties that cannot be settled amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court with jurisdiction over the location of Serial-Kombi's registered office, i.e. the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Grenoble.
